The story
About the film
A young girl with vitiligo finds an escape in the koi fish outside her care-centre window. Her imagination opens a gentler world beyond the everyday room, giving this animated story a quiet focus on vulnerability, hope and the way a child sees herself.
The music
Behind the score
Light, whimsical melodies meet ethereal ambience, moving between the girl’s imagination and her emotional struggles. The arrangements remain restrained so that small shifts can carry weight. The completed score can be heard in the animatic presented here.
